Tiffany Dugan is an artist and writer living and working in Inwood in New York City.

Her visual arts practice focuses on collage using images collected from newspapers and other ephemera. She often cuts words and phrases from articles or incorporates her writing into the work. By erasing and obscuring sections of the work, she further examines the movement of form as well as impermanence and change. She is inspired by both nature and the energy of the city.

She is currently completing two manuscripts of creative non-fiction about being the devoted daughter of an artist-father and how, after her father passes, his legacy is maintained, her core relationships change, and her creative practice evolves.

She received the 2019 Gurfein Writing Fellowship in creative non-fiction and The Denis Diderot Artist-In-Residence Grant at Chateau d'Orquevaux.
