Tiffany Dugan is an artist and a writer living and working in New York City. She has a visual arts practice focusing on collage, artist books, and painting. She writes creative non-fiction and poetry.

In her artwork she explores the relationship between words and images. She is inspired by nature and movement which is reflected in her work.

She is completing a memoir where she explores growing up in a small family where art-making is an imperative and, after her father passes, how his artist estate stays alive, her relationships evolve, and her own creative practice continues.

She received the 2019 Gurfein Writing Fellowship in memoir/creative non-fiction and The Denis Diderot Artist-In-Residence Grant at Chateaux d'Orquevaux.
